• Make sure that the connection speed is 5.5 Mbps or greater and the quality is good to excellent
• Write down the Access Point Number, which is the 2-digit number between the words “Laguna” and “Broadband”

How to cancel my monthly subscription:
You may cancel your month-to-month account at any time by logging in to your PayPal account, selecting the monthly subscription transaction, and canceling the subscription. An email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation.
How to solve connectivity problems:
The most common causes for connectivity problems is weak signal strength due to:
a) being too far from the wireless access point, b) barriers that are stopping the signal, or c) a weak modem in the user’s computer.
Try this solution:
• Check your signal strength settings. This process varies from computer to computer, based on the wireless modem and software installed. Your computer must be connected at a speed of 2 Mbps or higher with good to excellent quality to have an adequate connection. Good connectivity depends on both the connection speed and the quality of the signal. Slower connection speeds (around 2 Mbps) will result in slower internet browsing.
Getting connected:
• Move the computer to different locations, including near windows.
• Go outside to see if you can establish a connection.
• Get a high-gain antenna or booster (see the Additional Hardware (PDF) document to assist in receiving the signal from the nearest network access point)
